Casa Bella is an immaculate, furnished vacation home located in lovely Wellfleet, Massachusetts. Newly constructed in 2004, Casa Bella is a charming and comfortable retreat for up to six guests. Nestled among the trees at the end of a cul-de-sac on the ocean side of town, this property offers every amenity to ensure your relaxing and memorable stay on the Cape.

The bright and airy first floor at Casa Bella features the large Master Bedroom suite, with king bed, seating areas, attached bath and walk-in closet with natural light through its full-sized window. A cozy family Great Room invites you to linger, with its overstuffed reading chairs, wall-mounted flat panel television with theatre-quality sound and stunning views of the private wooded preserve “out back”. The Great Room adjoins the modern open kitchen and dining area. Stainless steel appliances, side-by-side refrigerator with filtered-water icemaker, plenty of counter and cabinet space and kitchen island with guest seating make this area the perfect gathering place for your family and guests.

 

Up the “good morning stairs” to the second floor atCasa Bella, you will find two more spacious bedrooms, one with queen bed, the other with two twins. The shared upstairs bath is accessible through two entries. Comfort and relaxation are the watchwords here. You’ll rest peacefully, and awaken refreshed and ready for the next day of fun on the Cape!

A little about Wellfleet, Massachusetts: Wellfleet is located some seventy-five miles out into the Atlantic Ocean on the outer end of Cape Cod, the village of Wellfleet offers an abundance of quaint rural seaside character and charm with spectacular natural resources. Bounded on the east by the Atlantic and the west by Cape Cod Bay, and sprinkled with fresh water ponds. Over 60% of the land area is in the Cape Cod National Seashore Park.
